Down a half lb this morning! Yes, that's want I want to see more of. I worked out Monday to Jillian's kettle bell work out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4w2ssgjdIts
I don't have a Kettle bell and instead used a 5lb weight. She provides modifications for beginners and for us kettle bell-less peoples. I admit I had some sweat rolling by the end. She packs some cardio in there as well.
Did not workout yesterday. I needed a break and fell asleep in the chair in the living room last night instead and still I was down a half lb.
Tonight I did Jillian's Banish Fat Boost metabolism video. But I only did the first 24 minutes that are the cardio, I didn't do the core workout. Couldn't take it tonight. One day I will. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4neTmAFa1HA
After my workout, I did some fast beat shadow boxing again and some crunches. Just to round out the day. In the video we did leg lifting side crunch things but I wanted a little more of a workout.
It's been a low calorie day today. I don't really want anything else but I was contemplating some Greek Yogurt for extra protein to help build up my muscles. I don't know, I think I will just have some raspberry green tea that I bought to try. Laters.
