Well, doing better.

Lot's of work this week and am super productive because I'm trying so hard to keep busy to keep from eating!!!

Last night it was raining and cold and I was exhausted. I made the mistake of sitting down at 4:15 when workout class was at 5.

I called my sister to complain and get a pass from working out hoping she would take pity on me and tell me to stay home.

She told me to get off my fat ass and go.

So I went.

I felt so much better afterwards and felt since I could push through I could do anything. So I finished my Christmas thank-you notes and paid bills.
Still in bed by 8 because cravings for sugar kill me at night.

Made Chicken Taco soup from this site tonight and on my way to work out for an hour...bed at 9?

Sounds like you have a great sister! You sound like you are getting it all together! Good for you! My best friend has a sugar beast she has tamed by cutting it out of diet completely...I don't know, I don't like to forbid any one thing, I think it can be helpful/sometimes and detrimental at other times...Keep it going Tidygirl!

good job! two days in a row! i made a low carb taco pie from this sight. it was great. keep up the good work. for the cravings- i treat myself to a low carb sugar free treat like the cheesecake on this site or hot chocolate with splenda. good luck

Yeah.. I am with your friend. I gave up sugar completely May 1st 2013 and by September I had lost 18lbs! I didn't change ANYTHING else. Ate exactly the same and no extra exercise.. Scary. Thanks for the support guys!
