I can not believe I ran/jogged/walked really fast around the soccer field with our three dogs, my sister, my father, and my son this morning. I forgot how freeing it is just to run and chase the dogs around.. to be young and remember running for hours just because. lol, now granted, I only ended up running for like maybe 3 minutes, but wow..lol.

I'm a little frustrated in this whole weekend/3 days since my last weigh-in. I checked this morning, and I was up another 0.5-0.75 pound. That makes it almost a 2 pound gain in the last 3 days. I've been following.. or maybe it's the crinkle fries working out of my system. It just irks me that I did SOO well yesterday, and I'm up. I can't even think of what it could be. I've had TONS of water (anywhere from 600-100 ounces a day..), don't use much salt at all.

Could I be gaining muscle? :( I doubt it.

I need a boost. I'm off to do some homework and maybe it'll get my mind off this gain.

Remind me to quit drinking milk, even though I know what it does to me!! UGH.. This is why you bought almond milk, Anya!!

There is a great article called "Why the Scale Lies". You can search for it on google. It really explains a lot about weight variations from day to day. Maybe it would make you feel better if you read it.
