@nadia saya pakai mashed potato instan bubuk merk jays, tinggal tambah air panas. biasanya bikin sendiri kentang rebus ditumbuk, ditambah cooking cream, keju, butter.

@periwinkle iya sekali makan siang.. tp ini aja, biasanya cm 300an kalori, ikan salmon kalorinya tinggi, ditambah oil sm butter buat masaknya jd makin bnyk kalorinya.. ga bisa sering2 ntar fatnya nambah hehe
