OK, breakfast was DELICIOUS! Very filling and flavorful. Might have it again tomorrow.

Well, dear one...now you've just got to post the recipe. You're makin me salivate over here wonderin' what you stuffed your pretty face with this morning! LOL - Glad you are ENJOYING your WOE! SO happy for you that you are feeling satisfied and fulfilled..and losing weight at the same time!

Sure! I thought I'd have "dinner" this morning as I have to work all day and didn't want to get hungry or dizzy. So I added garlic salt, cumin, and hot pepper sauce to 4-6 oz. gr. beef and put it in a pan to cook. Meanwhile I cut up lettuce, cheddar cheese cubes, several sm. black olives, one green onion, and tossed it with 1 oz. of the Cilantro Lime Dressing (recipe from this site). When the burger was done, I kind of broke it into peices with the spatula and served over the salad mixture. Very tasty, flavorful and filling. All the bold flavor made it an enjoyable meal instead of just a plain beef pattie. It has kept me full until lunch today which is 12:45pm. I do enjoy cooking and this was super quick!
