thanks for your common. i am trying to watch my calorie intake everyday and follow the Intermittent fasting, finish my two meal within 4 -6 hours, the rest time just drink water. It works great for me at the moment.

Thanks. I guess it might not easy to cut out alcohol straight away. Maybe you can try to reduce the amount first, or treat yourself once in a while. I really like KFC and biscuit. I do treat myself once per fortnight. On the treat day, i allow myself to eat 300 calories more than usual.

Jenny i am not a great lover of KFC but I am partial to the odd biscuit I try and keep them out of the house not easy when someone bought you a box for Christmas! Treats are good I am sure you deserve it. I will follow your progress because I have this feeling you are going to be w success
