Got to bed early and up early, exercise done 4:15-4:45AM. Off to work in a little bit with the blood pumping. Will have to enjoy the warm 20 degrees today - 11 & 9 for the next couple.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
