Back on this app again I decided on my way to work that I was going to get a Headstart on weight loss for the new year Christmas is over and I don’t have plans for New Year’s so I think it will be all right for me to start a calorie restriction diet now. I am at the heaviest I have ever been I think I’m 244 as of right now I’ll have to double check when I get home on the scale but I would like to meet 180 for my overall goal last year I lost 30 pounds in the spring so I think it’s doable to reach my goal by the end of 2021 I’ll definitely have trouble with savory foods and portion control and alcohol consumption on the weekends so if you have any tips for combating my vices let me know

I always start my goals on this weeks too. Now that Christmas is over, it always seems the best time. Plus my birthday is at the end of January giving me a month and a week to anticipate results.
