ka wandaaar : hiit cardio, dance, sama weightlifting kak.. dalam seminggu ak seling aja biar ga bosen hehe.. channel youtubenya : dance : madfit, hiit cardio : emi wong / elaine hanafi, weightlifting (pake dumbel 2 pcs masing2 3 kg 1 dumbel) dri hasfit kak..
