Well I made it through the day! So I was a little over on carbs and calories. Just had to eat as I really had a headache all the way into my teeth! Felt light headed and weak but I feel pretty good right now. I added soy and garlic salt to my ground beef patty which really made it tasty and I compensated for the lack of salty broth since I didn't have any in the house. I realized today that eggs have more carbs than I thought so I will watch those. Also 1 teas. of honey mustard had 2 carbs! I will learn, maybe powdered mustard for flavor next time, use items like mushrooms and green onions in moderation as a garnish. Overall, I like the foods as I LOVE meat! Veggies are good too and I'm not too crazy about fruit. Cereals and processed carbs have been my downfall and they keep me craving them. So.... I'm on my way to feeling great and losing weight!
