Halo kak, sehari2 makannya kalorinya sama persis di fat secret apa gmn ya? Soalnya aku kan kalori untuk turun bb itu skitar 1300 kalori tp kadang sehari2 aku kurang dr segitu cm 1100 atau 1200 . Dan proteinnya pasti lebih sedikit dr fat sm karbo🥺 aku baru di fat secret,
