No such thing as perfection, or a site like this wouldn't even be needed. Something that can help you a little, especially when you work and are so busy, is to prepare over the weekend. My mother would bag up little zippy bags with almonds and such. She had little tiny containers you could even put a tablespoon of peanut butter in. Keep a little cooler in your car (That worked for me) with snacks and such like low fat yogurt, V8, cheese sticks, etc...
You will feel ready to handle anything if you're prepared like that! Your chart is looking very good! Be very cautious in phase 2, watch how you introduce those new carbs, You can do it!
