I just re-read my journal entry from Oct and realized that I had forgotten my goals.
I just recently discovered the Fat Secret app and installed in on my iPad. I love how user friendly it is and all the great recipes and that the nutritional info is there. I like that I can use it to plan meals ahead. I like the weight tracker and that it displays a graph. I have had two good days in a row and meal plans for the next two days. I need to stay with this and get these excess pounds off for my health sake.
