Resep :
1 butir telur besar
Oatmil 35 gr dihaluskan terus diayak
Maizena 1 sdm
Wortel dicincang 50gr
Kubis dicincang 30gr
Buncis 30gr (optional)
Jagung manis 50hr (optional)
Daun bawang secukupnya
Penyedap sesuai selera
Minyak kelapa 1 sdt (kalo pake pan anti lengket gausah pake gapp)
Campur semua bahan jadi 1
Panggang adonan sampe setengah mateng pake api kecil
Kalo uda setengah mateng baru olesin saus
Sausnya aku pake delmonte saus bolognaise 150gr atau sesuai selera
Terus kasih keju quickmelt 20 gr
