20 December weight yesterday 152, wt today 151.8. Blood sugar 137. Ate too much yesterday and today. I will hate weighing tomorrow, and I will have a long time of being hungry and grinding away at my weight loss ploys in order to lose the half a lb of fat I probably picked up. Unfortunately half a lb can hold a lot of water.
