Well, I forgot to take the fish out of the freezer for my lunch. I ate the rest of my restaurant ordered chimichanga. I discarded the tortilla and ate only the chicken and cheese with some sour cream. I over estimated when recording my food entry. The fish is now thawing on the counter and I still intend to eat my salad for dinner. I need to have a back up plan when something like this happens. Perhaps I should thaw several things at once?
