My second weekly weigh-in. Counting my calories and I didn’t get as much exercise in, but some. This is fun! I like choosing which treats I can have. Super excited and hopeful for next week’s Wednesday weigh-in—been wanting to get past 193!
87.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
