18 December 2020 drank a lot of water and I am at 151.8 this morning. I know I did not eat too much, but water retention and dehydration have a role to play in weight. Did not sleep well but feeling more hungry. Sometimes lack of sleep makes us more hungry but I had one of those nights when I woke up hungry at 2 and ate 1/2 of a protein bar. Blood sugar was 99 then and 109 when I got up this morning at six.
