Angry. Lonely. Miserable. Deeply depressed. And in pain. Such unbearable pain.
Thought it wouldn't happen ever again. Ever.
Wrong.
My soul hurts. They say, souls don't hurt, only bodies can feel pain. But mine does. Must be mad.
No desire to sleep, no desire to eat at all. Which is actually fine. May help me lose weight, lol.
What a desperate state of affairs.
Affairs.
Rage.

it's tough on top of tough. the isolation and fear that permeate society now can be overwhelming. but there is light ahead. new government will welcome everyone and stop dividing us, new vaccines will let us come out to be with each other. patience is hard, really hard after so much. they say once day at a time for a reason. I hope you can find the strength to make it day by day until a week, then a month then we all get to emerge from this stifling, oppressive den called 2020. my 2 cents.

The pain you speak of, is it also a physical pain from a medical disorder? The pain of isolation is real. Depending on the weather where you live, you CAN get out and have socialization. Walking is not only good for weight and health but walking with a friend can do wonders for your mental health. Mask up and walk if you can. DO NOT LIVE IN FEAR, you just have to use precautions. My friends and I meet at a park, we each drive our own cars and we click off a few miles while laughing and talking and sharing the ridiculous things happening in our lives. If we have had some riskier contacts, we don’t walk for a few days. Do you have access to some mental health or support services. It sounds like you could use some outside help. Keep posting. This group is a contact. Even though it is a diet website these are unusual times. Everyone of us needs a little help.

Well, it has nothing to do with the pandemic, isolation or any other disease for that matter, but I do appreciate your kind and optimistic words. Thousand thanks!
