Went over my net carbs today but I did it because my calories were too low. Will try to refine numbers tomorrow. I still am feeling much better just from one day with no wheat or milk. I am really excited to see how I will feel by the end of this week.

If you need to eat carbs to get your caloires up, do it. You don't want to fall below 1200. It will slow your metabolism
