Day one and first curve ball dodged! I had planned to make scrambled ham and eggs for breakfast but opened my eggs and the whole dozen was bad! I didn't check the dates on the package when I bought them. Oh well, just substited ham rolled around cheese sticks. Also noticed that the ham I bought said "honeyed" and I didn't want that. Carbs are still pretty low on it so I will use it anyway and be more careful next time I go shopping. Feel great so far. Woke up with bad sinus headache and congestion, but that has been the norm for me lately and is not diet related. Another hurdle I am tackling is taking all of my needed meds and vitamins when I am supposed to take them. My mental fog from carbs makes me forget them a lot, so I can't wait until that goes away.
