just going to maintain this bcz i have lost too much and shouldn't lose any more. good thing i went from 74kg to 56kg in 10 months. process was slow but soo much worth it😁
56 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The side effect of any diet is muscle loss. Try and keep uo with weight training when losing weight, by method of caloric deficit.

madotlive I am now doing weight lifting exercises to build muscle mass. Now I am not losing weight just building some muscles and I'm not doing any certain diet or calorie deficit just eating normally but healthy mostly
