Yep, see... I ate to right to around my 1200-1400 calorie goal for the day and see where it got me.
I wasn't busy enough and didn't take in closer to 1,000-1,200.
I'm not mad or upset... just thinking it will take extremes to hit my goals. And I don't know if I want to go to extremes.
