It would seem intermittent fasting doesn't allow for poor sleep habits. I really need to stay up and work on getting orders out for a side business I have. But 900 to 1200 calories for a 16-18 hour day and I am nodding off by 9:30-10pm. Caffeine takes a lot to affect me. I used to be able to get by on 5-6 hours of sleep... but now I have to get at least 7-8 or I am no good to anyone.
