I am still here and not giving up.
I have been here so many times and have not been consistent to reach my goals but I have become healthier and more knowledgable with each experience. I am going to try again to commit to goals, work hard at them and meet my targets.
I have been to doctor last week for check up and to 'know my numbers' as a starting point. The results are worrying as my weight is now 198 lbs, my BMI is 34 and my blood pressure is averaging 135/90. I am waiting on blood test results for my cholestrol and blood glucose. I have a feeling that those results will not be great also. I have been diagnosed as having insulin resistance syndrome / metabolic syndrome.
Overall I am not healthy and I need to make lifestyle changes NOW and stick to these changes. So here I go again !One step at a time. Trying to change my diet and to get into a daily exercise routine.
