I had a good weekend. I am finding it pretty easy to follow the diet. I've dropped a couple of more pounds. I have to admitt that I had doubts as to whether this would work. I've failed so many times in the past. I rarely ever feel hungry. I am learning that planning ahead is essential. Meal plans and shopping lists to make sure that everything I need is here. I did my exercise over the weekend even though I didn't feel like it. I'll be stopping at the store for salad things on the way home and I have chicken in the crockpot for dinner.
