And so it begins...
So, one of my objectives for the Refocus Bootcamp Challenge is review my last week's food/exercise intake. I managed to stay away from refined flours/sugars and I stayed within my calorie goals of 1700 on non-workout days and 1900 on workout days.
I had (as I do every week) a higher calorie meal on Sunday that I did not track the calories for, but I still stayed within the dietary guidelines for the challenge. I'm doing great so far. I have no plans to go without sugar forever (I don't abuse it anyway), but I will stay away completely for this challenge.
I did meet my exercise requirements, but I feel like I could have done more. Some days I really just didn't feel like doing it, but... I had to anyway, and I'm better for it. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping to get below 220 by Friday's weigh in for the challenge.
