Nothing to be proud of in Nov, but today begins a new month and I'm ready to step back on the yellow brick road. 💚💜💛

You got this!! I knee surgery and right after foot surgery... Needless to say I'm up 38 lbs of the 40 I lost. I cried so hard yesterday. So I put on my big girl panties (no puns intended... LOL) and started right there and then and downloaded this app. We're all in this together 💕💕
