UGGGG!!! Fell off the wagon big time over the holiday. I'm afraid to weigh myself, think Ill wait until Monday and get a fresh start. My goals: Drink more water, eat low carbs, higher protien, exercise at least 3 times a week and read more, watch less tv.

I did the same thing, so you are not alone. I'm going to brave the scale and hop on it come Sunday, just because I want to know my weight so I will know exactly how successful I am with this challenge. Best of luck to you, and thank goodness the holidays are over! :-)
