I am going to try and get in a habit of writing more journal entries. I usually only write a line or two when I weigh in, but I think it would help me out if I did it more regularly.

I just went for a 4 mile walk! It was actually almost a quarter of a mile over. I feel great! My mom's fiance has started walking every day and has been asking me to go. I always find an excuse not to. Well today I went and I am glad I did. The exercise and the fresh air is amazing. I really hate going outside in the winter but today was actually a nice day. Maybe if I stick with Tony (mom's fiance) then I will get into more of a routine. Buddies are always helpful, because I know if it weren't for him, I wouldn't have gone today.

On another note, I am on day 3 of eating healthy. Again, I feel great. I know it's only 3 days in but I guess the positive changes and choices I have been making make me feel good and confident for the future. I hope I can keep this up!
