I’ve got enough data after 4 months to see that there’s some level of flux for me on a monthly basis that I’m just not going to be able to wholly avoid, and that’s fine. I’m still losing weight over the month as a whole.

Dean, I’ve been exporting my weight to data analytics software (Spotfire, which I only have through work) so I can look at it over the course of the month. The different colors are the different months.
