The scale went up today. How discouraging.... I even had a larger calorie deficit than days past. I know it has to do with the vast fluctuations in my bloating as of late, but it still brought me down on myself. I need to focus on my productivity day by day. As long as I do the best I can in the moment I know my outcome will come with time.
