as it is getting colder here in Montreal,it's getting harder to go outside and walk. My app has me walk at least one hour a day. I have to force myself to go outside. I have all kinds of warm clothes,so it's not that I get cold. its just not as inviting to go outside early in the morning. I am thinking of doing my program twice,but for now I am still able to do the walking... gained 2 lb...was not happy about it.. still fighting and still dieting Good luck to all and dont quit!!
