Taking the week off from work. I slept in until 11 and weighed in at 228.9 -- the same as yesterday. I got hungry after dinner last night again, but I grabbed a cup of tuna and mixed in some salsa and that quieted the beast. Plus it added 50 grams of protein. I jumped on the exercise bike at noon and did 60 minutes of cardio. Got off and was 227.7. Having some protein coffee for lunch and then we'll see how the day goes. UPDATE: Got to 227.4 by 5 pm. Denise got Coldstone Creamery as part of a school promotion, so she brought me a small chocolate. It was awesome! Only 320 calories and as I'd saved them for dinner, I was in good shape. I also ate a huge salad with chicken breast and I think we will be OK.
