We are getting hit hard here too Paula. I thought I had better get things caught up here before we do lose power. We are high on a mountain, and when the wind blows, the power goes out. I'm sure it will be happening soon. Hope you have a safe Monday.:)

Glad you are in your home and safe. Our TV is telling us horror stories about the storm.

Well, haven't lost power, but we have no heat...waiting on the repair guy...should be awhile. Good thing for woodstoves! Just trying to occupy my mom, and my two inlaws...we're a house full over here! Love. Oh yeah, probably have about 18 inches so far...and still coming down, but the wind is ridiculous!!!

Paula, your comment reminded me of a funny memory... My auntie was without power and was quite cold. After several hours my dad called her up and asked, "Are you in heat yet?" Of course she took it like a dog being "in heat" and laughed her head off. Fun times. Girlie, you got a ton of snow your way! We got a few inches - just enough to be beautiful but melts away quickly. Sunny and blue skies today here in SW Virginia. Windy too, so quite cold! Brrrr. Stay warm, ya'll!

Back in Heat Evie!!! LOL! And the old folks are all fine. Hubby is home now, driveway is plowed, and the wind continues to whip like a mad man out there! Anyone see the pictures of the house fire in Scituate, MA where the high tide had half the house under water, and the top part of the house on fire...it was the weirdest thing to see. Hope you are all well. Love.
