I honed a bit. I made almond flour Keto pancakes for dinner last night. Sugar free syrup. Three breakfast sausage links. 66 g of almond flour in my portion.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.8 kg a Week
