Ezekiel bread? whats this??

Ezekiel bread is as healthy as a bread gets. It's a type of sprouted bread, made from a variety of whole grains and legumes that have started germinating (sprouting). Compared to white bread, which is made of refined wheat flour, Ezekiel bread is much richer in healthy nutrients

Ezekiel bread is my favorite! But it costs $5-8 where I live, so I don’t buy it because it’s so expensive. Hope you feel better soon.

I'm a bread lover and this is as good as it gets while still having fiber and a low glycemic index which in turn doesnt cause sugar spikes👍a plus for me.
