Truly had a couple of great days...back to back! Our Christmas Eve went great! Lots of fun...laughter, visiting, teenagers, games, music, and of course some good food...Everyone seemed to have a blast! I did really well for me. We had a nice dinner before going to church (which was all things I could eat w/out concern...) and then at the open house I had at least one thing for me...for every two or three things for others...it worked out great. I wasn't the least bit hungry...so I would have a deviled egg or celery w/ cream cheese, or shrimp, etc....and they ate the rest! Then today was absolutely special w/ the kids, my husband and my mom. Everyone enjoyed our exchanges - and my husband never guessed his trophy!!! It was fantastic! All in all a very restful, peaceful, enjoyable, and without any food issues holiday! Now that's progress!!! Love.
