Gyms are all closed this round - no "protest lifting".
Lemons into lemonade = reducing calories, home calisthenics again (sigh), shedding a bit of fluff before the holidays. 6-pack on Christmas? UNHEARD OF!!

I'll be moving three 250 lb patio umbrellas around starting this weekend and lifting up the corner of a section of sagging deck if you are really looking for heavy things to lift. I'm sure there will be lumber in there too. who says I don't know how to have a good time under house arrest? 😂

they're threatening It here too. starting Friday we have to wear the mask all through a workout regardless of occupancy or distance. ugh.

I stopped paying my gym membership months ago. I know that I am in a high risk group and don't want to be at risk. Amazingly, I have found ways to get in a good workout with my equipment at home but it's not the same...

So thankful ours is staying open. They can only operate at 25% occupancy but they said that it holds 600 people so no more than 150 at a time and we are no where near that there. I am usually one of 5-10 people in the morning and at night even peak hours may get to 50? I do wonder how well they'll enforce the masks since they let other dress code stuff go...hence Diablo in his stringers which is not allowed technically. I'd wear a hazmat suit if it means they won't close. 💪🏼
