Bahan :
- 35 gram oatmeal
- 1 telur
- baking powder 1/2 sdt
- nutrijel coklat 15gr
- stevia sesuai selera
- susu low fat secukupnya
- meses ceres 10 gr (toping sesuai selera)
Cara memasak :
- larutkan oatmeal dengan susu low fat
- setelah larut tambahkan baking powder, nutrijel, stevia, dan telur. Adonan harus dibuat sedikit encer
- panggang di atas pan anti lengket biar ga pake margarin, pakai api kecil, dan ditutup
- tambahkan topping saat 1/2 matang dan tutup kembali (optional)
Pemberian topping bisa setelah matang, sesuai selera
