33 minutes on the Wiifit today! (11 minutes yoga and strength training, 2 minutes balance, and 20 minutes walking)

Had a christmas party at work today..I ate terrible!! But it was sooo yummy!!!! :)

Yoga kicks my butt! I am usually so sore after doing it, I know it's a good soreness but UGH! Good job on your workouts!
