Food, food, food everywhere I go. Finding it particularly hard the last week to stay 100% on track. Am much more careful with what I am eating and how much I am eating.

It is important not to get down on yourself. This is definitely not easy. Just focus on the better food choices you are making and start exercising more (good advice for me too!). Good luck to you!
