Throughout this whole thing I'm thinking about all the other people who are the same weight I am and trying to do the same exact thing I'm doing. I'm very thankful all these people because I know that I am NOT ALONE!(: I am sooo insanely glad. Lately, I have had trouble sleeping so it has been a little difficult to go out to the gym because I am tired but, I just saw on a YouTube video that it does count if you work out with the Wii Fit or Wii Sports so, I will be doing that after I finish writing this journal and looking at FatSecret.com a little more. I think I have an OK diet and food intake. Calories I totally don't know anymore but, I do only eat things with low calories (besides bread and noodles) though. I will be keeping you all informed with this journey! Thank you, Ashleyy
