I am driving myself nuts with the scale! I am obsessed with weighing myself! My weight is fluctuating wildly and I am getting discouraged. I am close to throwing in the towel again!

You need to change your mindset. The scale is only one way to measure weight loss success. Tell yourself you are going to get healthy. Hide your scale or give it to someone for a while and maybe only try to weigh in once a month if it is causing you so much anxiety. If you put less pressure on yourself, your chances of success increase. Eat healthy and get in exercise and you will see your body start to change. Good luck!
