Slept in and did some working out before a weigh-in. Did pushups, squats, and added some overhead dumbbell work. Then did 30 minutes of HIIT spinning and went outside for some leaf removal. Came in at 231.0, up .2 from yesterday but welcome after a huge calorie day that included lots of red wine and a bag of BBQ pork rinds late. Fasting until dinner except for protein coffee and a protein drink with supplements later. UPDATE: Weighed 231.1 before dinner. Ate a pasta dish Denise prepared. That wasn't enough for Jason and he ordered burgers. He got me a double on lettuce. Enjoyed that but calories are way up there and lots of carbs with the pasta dish. Adjusting tomorrow.
