Do not understand the increase. I felt I had a good day.
74.1 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week

Maybe you just had too much sodium yesterday. Are you tracking all your food honestly? Are you drinking water? (flushes out the sodium and keeps things moving). Are you being active? Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Processed foods contain a lot of sodium. Restaurant foods contain a lot of sodium. Our water weight shifts all day long. Google "why the scale lies" for insight.
