Monday morning and its my day off!!!

Well, I weighed myself. And happily I'm down to 171. That is down 17 lbs. from when I started this fall (when I saw you Kristin). I'm very pleased with that. So many changes in my body were noted this morning. I'm smoothing out. Losing the atrocious and dreaded back fat. Losing the double chin and muffin top. It's all so very exciting. I'm wearing all my pants now and a few pair are falling off my hips.

Today I take a break from exercise other than several hours of desk work on computer and maybe a walk later. I sure love walking. i've been walking to work most days and now driving is only the exception to the rule. It's only about 3/4 of a mile but it all counts.

Enough said, thanks for telling me about this. i sure love it.

I predict much success for you. You sound so motivated and excited about your progress. You are doing great. It feels so good when you get that first 15-20 lbs off but it gets even better from there. I lost about 1-2 pound per week after the first month but you will be amazed at how fast you change sizes and how the compliments start flooding in after you lose that first 20 lbs. Congratulations!
