I've been so encouraged to see results so soon. I've never tried counting calories before because if I'm honest most of my life I've been pretty happy with my weight, even after the first baby the weight seemed to slip right off before he was even 9 months old. But for some reason after the second baby everything just wanted to stay. After baby number two was over a year I decided it was time to get serious and make an effort to get back to where I'm most comfortable. I had no idea how easy it would be to count calories and honestly even just knowing that I'm going to log it helps me think more about portion size.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
