Alhamdulillah , diet is such an important role , I'm right on my weight that was once impossible , and to maintain the muscle mass and just losing fat is great , today i have reached my target waist of 35 , according to my height which is 5'10
71.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
