Friday was an epic fail at work. Holiday party... need I say more? This weekend has been an attempt at detoxing. The plan was plenty of water and no added sugar. Well, I've gotten plenty of water. But there have been M&Ms on my food log. I was doing sooo good cutting down on my sugar intake! Friday destroyed all my hard work. So it's back to square one.
Tuesday is a soft weigh in so hopefully I'll be back on track!

Don't let it bother you. We have all come so far. We can manage this minor setback, we have that strength. Work parties are finally over, hit it hard starting Monday!
